Manos Accelerator is a mentorship-driven accelerator program that provides “hands-on” education, business resources, infrastructure, capital, and guidance for promising startup companies led by Latinos, moving them onto a fast track to success. Manos Accelerator is a first of its kind accelerator targeting Latino entrepreneurs who are generally under-represented in early-stage ventures.

The Manos’ one week program is designed for startups to refine their business models from top Bay Area experts. This program is geared towards startup teams that already have a business model and a Minimum Viable Product. During this one-week program we teach the most effective techniques to improve the value proposition and how to scale with focus on a path to revenue.

• Understand the factors to Silicon Valley’s Success and getting a vision of how the ecosystem works in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Learn about the attributes of the Silicon Valley Mindset.
• Have an effective and personal pitch deck to introduce themselves to an investor or in any networking event.
• Build an effective go-to-market strategy with a clear path to revenue.

The program is designed for early stage startups with innovative business solutions or ideas that are web or tech-based seeking a Silicon Valley mindset. It’s suitable for entrepreneurs that already have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with team in place at least 6 months.

Startups will learn from our experts that will guide and challenge participants to take the next steps in developing strategic solutions for market growth through accelerated technology and business training.

Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to meet corporate and tech companies all over the Silicon Valley. Our private networking events engage startups with influential business leaders in the Silicon Valley community to gain insight and learn from their experience.
